The Sword in the Stone

Long time ago, there was a two brothers who lived near the wild forests, the older one was kay, and the younger one was Arthur, although many looked down on him and called him wart. Their father was a brave knight named Sir Ector.

The two boys liked to play together, but there were many differences between them. Kay wants to be a knight, just like his father, but Arthur was a adopted son, and spent much time running around after his brother.

One day, Arthur was running around in the forest when suddenly he founded an old house with a smoke near the door. When he went to the house, suddenly an old man come from the inside of the door and introduced himself a Merlin, the wizard. And they became friends, Merlin met Kay too, and he was able to teach Kay to be a good knight.

Merlin was very wise, and Arthur learnt new things every day. One day, Merlin told Arthur that he was ready for the big thing. Kay, Arthur, and Merlin came to town to enter the grand tournament. There was much excitement in the tournament, but there was a gossip that was talking about, it is there is the stone stuck in the stone and the sword bears the inscription, and no one yet was able to move it even a pebble’s width.

When Kay was ready to fight, he left his sword in their house, and Arthur went quickly to his home to bring his brother sword, but the sword is in Kay’s room and Kay had the key.

Arthur back to the tournament with many mind where can he get a sword for his brother, then he remember the sword that was stuck in the stone, he went there to give a try.

He putted his hand into the handle of the sword, and prays that the sword was pulled off, suddenly it moved! Not a pebble’s width, but smoothly and quickly, and the crowds were bowed and yell loudly that Arthur became their new king.

Suddenly, Arthur’s father came to him and knelt in front of Arthur with proud of Arthur, then Arthur became their king.
